Zone fitness cobble walk

I registered with Zone fitness last year and the only reason why I signed up was they said that children are allowed to sit in the receiption area while I gym. Suddenly after 8months thet implemented a policy that said no children in the receiption area. I asked what should I do now andy they just said there is nothing they can do. I cancelled my contract because I really can't gym now. I had to pay a penalty for early cancellation of my contract even though they had a verbal agreement with me and without notice just implemented this policy. After I rep**** to the email they didn't reply for 9 days. I had to phone and eventually got a hold of the consultant who emailed me. She said after a meeting she will reply to me. She just said there is nothing she can do. I find zone fitness not helpful, not caring and just after money. Not a gym I'll ever gym at again.......
