Zone fitness "car guard"

<p>Good evening</p> <p>I want to draw your attention to a unpleasant incident i encountered at you Bruma branch when leaving your premises and walking to my vehicle this evening. I was approached by the gentleman who sits in the parking lot where he rudely approached me and asked me where his Christmas bonus was? I have been training at this facility since 1999 when it first opened and have never been approached once for anything in the parking lot till now. Is this man employed by zone fitness as he claims to live on the premises? I informed him that i pay my gym membership fees every month and did not see further fees for security in my gym contract? He looked intoxicated and became belligerent when i pointed out to him that i never had any arrangement with him to 'watch' my car or perhaps we can all go sit on a chair and do nothing and collect Christmas'bonuses for doing nothing or zone fitness can sort him out because he seems to be operating with impunity on your premises?</p> <p>This quite frankly is the final straw as the last few months ive seen a deterioration in equipment, service and now this incident witch has left a very sour taste in my mouth.</p> <p>I will be cancelling my contract shortly as i dont need to be harassed ón your premises in this fashion.</p> <p>Thank you</p>
