Zone Fitness Cape Town is awful

Staff are all generally unhelpful. I've had a few occasions where I have needed someone's assistance and then abruptly been referred to someone else and NOT assisted. On a few occasions I have been rudely approached by staff asking me to help them do their job, like pack away equipment and dry the bathroom floor - not kidding. <br> Bathrooms are in a disgusting state while cleaners sit around in the gym and chat to gym patrons and each other. On one occasion the bathroom floor had blood spots on it while the cleaners sat chatting, so disgusting. I often come to have a shower and find the shower floors strewn with hair and dirt.<br> Equipment is often broken for long periods of time, air conditioning systems are insufficient and often also broken for long periods of time. I've just had enough, actually. <br> <br> I just want to get out of this contract asap. Its insane that you sign up to a gym and they give you only a 7 day period in which to cancel your contract - then afterwards you're stuck. The gym being an absolute letdown (understatement) is breach of contract from their side and i should be allowed to back out my contract with immediate effect.
