Zone fitness cancelled my account without my knowledge

when the gyms opened after lock down i went back and the kept telling me their is something wrong with my car they will investigate what happened, i had this issue for over a month now and kept calling this every week to find out what the problem is.

yesterday i finally got through to the lady who handles the accounts (NOMA) Zonefitness SOUTHDALE and she said my account was cancelled in 2019, i asked her who cancelled my account and she said she will ask her manager, 2 hours later she sends me a sms saying my account is closed and do i want to rejoin.

i was on a month to month basis with my account now they want me to open another 3 year contract with them. how can they just cancel my account without my knowledge!!!!!! i made my whole family join the gym and i will make sure they all cancel their accounts!!! Zonefitness is the most unprofessional gym i have been with!!!!!!! very poor service!!!!!!!!!!
