Zone fitness Campus Square sucks!

Zone fitness Campus Square sucks on so many levels, they have qualification in poor customer service. I have used the gym for over a year and have experienced multiple issues, my main issue however is got to do with the equipment, there is no longer a boxing bag available. There were 2 bags previously and now there are none, this is very upsetting as I am a daily user of the bag and is an important element in my training programme, whenever I ask a staff member they always give me the same ****py answer which is "I don't know", when I ask where is the manager I get the same answer "I don't know". If the bag is not replaced I will start boxing the people and when they ask me what happened, I will say "I don't know". Fix this issue! We are paying fees for what??
