ZONE FITNESS BRUMA DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR

Good Afternoon

I am the parent of a member who wishes to cancel their membership. We have paid over the necessary money and a debit order was stopped, I spoke to Fadzai Rugube and specifically asked her to send me a complete breakdown of what the payment was for, she sent me an email which is exactly the same email she sent to my daughter and not what I had asked her in the first place, Today I get told that Fadzai is on leave an no one else is able to help me oh my goodness so Zone Fitness's accounts and finances only revolves around Fadzai being at work so basically the company is at a standstill because she is on leave???? I have also spoken to Latisha who cant seem to be bothered to help me at all as I need to sort this out today. I rang her back and she informs me she is in a meeting what a load of crock. and I have informed her that if Zone Fitness just dares to charge my daughter anymore money because of their sheer lack of interest and incompetence then all hell will break loose and I will take further steps as Zone Fitness will not be taking advantage of my daughter. I see all the complainants about Zone Fitness on the web and I am shocked as to how your company can still get business if this is how you treat people.
