Zone Fitness blacklisting

Sometime in May 2018 I signed up for Zone fitness and at the time my father had paid the fee for my membership for around 1 and a half years then covid happened and our family had lost our business and i had just finished schooling and struggled to find a club as a semi professional footballer so we couldn't afford to pay for some certain things, and so I had gone to zone fitness to go and cancel my membership after months of harassment they said that they have blacklisted my name and i would like to understand as a young man trying to find a job so that i can pay off for these certain debts myself and my family owe how am i supposed to do so if my name is blacklisted and constantly being harassed weekly stating that I am owing and that i am behind on payments.
