I went to the gym today and realized at the reception that I forgot my gym membership card and my wallet. They literally refused to let me in because I didn’t have the card. I asked if they could just look me up in their system using my ID number to confirm I’m a member and that my account is up to date, but they said they couldn’t do that and that I absolutely needed the card to get in or to buy a day card, I told them I left my wallet as well and I have no cash on me they refused. They even told me I’d have to go all the way back home which is 30 minutes away to fetch the card..

I’ve been to two other gyms before, and whenever I forgot my card, they were always able to find me in the system and let me in. This whole situation felt completely unreasonable and inconsiderate. I’ve never experienced anything like it, and it really left a bad impression. Maggie Babu and Vernon Charles were the people that told me all this they literally refused to hear any of my explanation to the situation. I went back home and had no energy to go back to the gym this day!
