Zone fitness bad service

I was very keen on joining zone fitness a couple years back but on the second day I started there my sister and I were harassed in the locker rooms. I was devastated because there was no one there and anything could have happened to us.

I laid a complain and nothing happened. I went to the police station as well but by then the people were gone. Zone fitness did nothing as the safety of their members were not important.

I advised zone fitness to cancel my membership as I did not feel safe there and I never came back since.

Zone fitness has the audacity to hand my account over when I specifically asked them to cancel my membership due to safety reasons. With that said I will not be paying for something I did not use or benefit from.
