Zone Fitness Against Consumer Protection act

I have moved to the northern suburbs and drive to greenpoint zone fitness to cancel my contract. Apparently the CPA does not pertain to this company. They want me to pay 60% of whats left of my contract. The sales rep said it is easy to bow out if I need to. Im disgusted. Funny thing is I went with a friensd to Virgin Active Tygervalley about a year ago and he only paid R150 to cancel his contract before he moved to George. I will never recommend this gym to anyone again
