ZONE FITNESS A ****!

I joined zone fitness in October 2017,with a two year contract. My struggle began just the minute i joined, I did not get my card in time and my agent was no where to be find every time i phoned or went in, I then decided to cancel the contract as I had lost interest in their services but unfortunately i was told i had to pay the full two years' amount. I was so disappointed but decided to be loyal and let them debit my account for the two years. Now my contract ended in Oct 2019 but still they kept debiting my account. My bank said they can not stop the debit order unless if zone fitness does. In February i tried to get hold of the them but no-one was able to help me.Every time i phoned i was told the lady who can help me is out ad she ever bothered to call me back. She then sent me an email telling me that i have to send an email requesting to cancel my contract. I rep**** to her and clearly stated that i was not cancelling because it has expired, they just had to stop debiting my account. She then went quite, and the next thing i got was an sms that i must pay outstanding balance which was not even stated how much. They stopped debiting my account and i thought all was ok until i got a phone call from credit bureau telling me that i owe zone fitness R726.I again sent an email to zone fitness requesting an explanation but no-one rep**** me.How is it possible that i owe them so much after my contract expired!!
