ZONE FITNESS

I would like to share my experience with regards to our gym contract with Zone fitness. We had gym contract with Zone fitness and at the end of the 24-month contract which was paid in full we never received gym cards, we always had an issue trying to get in and use the equipment which might have been 4 or 5 times in the two years. I had the discussion with Zone and nothing was done about it, they then went on to force debit my bank account after telling them that it was closed running my bank charges up to R1500.00.Now they have handed the accounts over to 5 different companies and with each one I spoke to I explained the same story. This morning I received an SMS from SSDA another company. I would like Zone fitness to sort out my overdrawn bank account and bank charges that had now increase to over R2000.00
