During Lockdown they passed a debit order and I reversed it, now I’m being charged for that. The gym opened and I was never notified. October I received an sms to say my account is on arrears i should pay. Same day I wrote an sms to say they must cancel immediately but to my surprise they want me to pay for October and November even though I have cancelled beginning of October. Even the staff they not professional at all.
