My account was handed over by zone fitness without receiving a call i only saw this on my husbands phone that was a sms not evens a call I am not sure how i must pay this as they did not inform me why they handed my account over they just stopped debiting my account they have all my details email and contact numbers but decided to instead just hand me over and send an sms to a number that is not evens mine I need clarity as this is going to affect me credit score and i will end up being blacklisted because off their foolishness please can i be contacted regarding this matter as I feel like posting this on every social media platform available to expose them so that people can be aware of what they doing all the complains i read on Hello Peter before logging my complain is regarding accounts that was handed over and every single person who filed a complain have the same problem not communication looks like this is what they used to doing to their customers but I promise to not just leave this here if my problem is not solved as to why i was handed over I will make it my means to expose them on behalf of every person who complained about this situation I PROMISE
