Zome fitness is a no no

Many years ago I opened up a contract with zone fitness. After a month of gyming I lost my job and couldn't pay for it anymore. I called, emailed and visited them physically to explain my situation and cancel the contract. How else would I be able to pay? They turned me away because they said they couldnt find me on the system. It jas been 7 years and they are still calling for their money, which is R22 000.00. Now where there hell? Its unfair for me to pay for a service that I didnt get and that I tried in every way to cancel. They didnt help me... i was a customer and they threw me in the deep end. No real cistomer care when I approached the. Now they say its going to affect my credit going forward and they keep in adding to this amount. Clearly Zone fitness doesnt give a sh** about their clients or people in general if they can treat me this way.
