I signed with Zone fitness parow on 3 april 2013 , my options for a contract was 6,12 or 24 months I chose and signed for 24 .I phoned parow branch and asked if I had to come in to let them know that I will not be renewing my contract otherwise the debit will continue after contract expiration date .Who ever was at front desk told me that I had to come to the gym .well I get there about an hour later ,there is Taryn assistant manager ,Robin receptionist and Tammy I guess consultant (titles and names given by them -no name tags) sitting at front desk tells me that I cannot cancel because on their system it says I'm signed up for 3 years and had to pay a 1000 and what not before they can cancel, I showed my copy of contract to the assistant manager on duty and she says \well mam there's nothing I can do "Robin arrogant much says \"" you'll have to wait for admin or you can cancel online \"" now why did they let me travel all the way for nothing and mind you what's the use for an assistant manager that can't even fix a problem that one of zone's staff messed up.
