WORST SERVICE EVER
Good day, I am very disappointed with the service at Zone Fitness St Georges in Capetown. I joined the gym in 2016 October.I became unemployed in January 2017 therefore I informed their accounts clerk in February Nolu Qaka that at that moment I was unemployed therefore can she freeze my account until I'm working again and she said she cannot because its already a month in arrears but I can pay whenever I have money. This lady never informed me that after 4months they will send my account to their lawyers . I got employed in April, I then emailed her to ask for their account number and we agreed that I will pay half of the amount end of May and the other half end of June and my account will be back to normal.I did that.....I then went to the gym at end of June to see if l can start gyming and then this Nolu lady informed me that my account is at the lawyers I should just pay the interest of about R305 that my account had incurred and then everything will be back to normal. She told me that I shouldn't pay my July fees as yet she will email me sometime in July and then I can start gyming. She never phoned or emailed me,mind you it means I am now owing for July and August because of her incompetence.Today I have tried to call her several times and there is no answer, I then emailed her asking as to when should I start paying because I have been waiting for her since beginning of July and she tells me that my account cannot come back to normal its at the lawyers. So now it means i have to incur more charges because of one *********** employ who could not do proper things or give me feedback on time.I really think its unfair for me to suffer because she couldn't communicate with me on time to tell me whats going on meaning if i did not ask her today no one was ever going to call or email me.Why did she tell me my account will be normal in the first place??Now i have to deal with lawyers??This is bad service and I can't deal with more charges NO.
