worst gym service ever

I called the Milnerton branch to follow up on a cancelation request I made. The receptionist was very unprofessional. She advised the person who is supposed to process the cancelation is on maternity leave and they have to send the request to another branch. I asked to speak to someone who can assist in giving me confirmation that the request will be processed. she handed the phone to her colleague who. I am very unhappy with the service i have been receiving. My 1-year contract is up and I would like to cancel immediately.
