Worst experience ever.

I am extremely disappointed in your services my account suppose to be canceled in july already because i queried and i asked you guys you guys tk cancel it now im sitting with a outstanding balance my name is being bad i refuse to pay august because i asked to cancel my account. And june i refuse to pay that half so you guys better sort it out . My name has to be cleared by the end of this week. I emailed you guys so much times i even went into promenade store asked for the accounts person they assured me they will sort it out and email by back by lastweek friday. Its already Wednesday no response very disappointed. Im getting real tired of this running around when we were asked to join you guys were eager but no ones assisting to cancel my account. If no feed back by the beginning of next week i will be putting you guys on hello peter and taking this further.
