Worst customer service experience

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have cancelled one of th contracts on my account, paid the penalty fees. But still get debited for this cancelled contract monthly. Zone fitness stole my money without permission, takes days to respond, have not given me any feedback regarding refunding the money which was ****** and has the absolute worst client service. If I knew about the bad customer service before I joined I would never have joined zone fitness. I am utterly disappointed. They obviously do not have enough employees to do the job.
