Worse experience

I don’t know why the system is allowing zonefutbess to sell peoples accounts without verification…. I had account with them during just before Covid , then contact them to settled it and I was given a settlement offer via email and I was ask to go to the branch . When I got to the branch , they change the settlement offer and I ask the reason and no one could give me a concrete answer , then I lawyered up , emails were exchange between Zonefitness and the lawyers then they were ask why did they change the settlement amount , from there they went silent with no reply to the lawyer or to myself …. Even today , they have never responded to the lawyers … if you are going to join zinefitness just prepare yourself to get debited any anytime of the month and sometimes higher amount and when you are having a dispute with them , they will not resolve it but rather sell your account or details to these debt collectors companies….

I regretted joining them , they messed up my experience of wanting to be part of gym life …
