why are information not disclose when signing up

I was happy to join zone fitness but now i regret it. why you don't disclose all details to client upon registrations and only get different information from you when one want to end the account .

When speaking to the agent its sound as if they heard you and will assist you however nothing is done and Its just up stress on you with threat that you receieve from them.
