Who is the manager, where can you lay complains too.

I joined the gym back in 2014 at Rondebosch signed for a 24 months contract, so I paid for 25 months since I was told it continues until you canceled I went there they gave me an email of a lady called Rebbecca where I was meant to cancel with. I emailed that lady. few months down I get a call for payment due. I explained to guy name Zola that I canceled my contract forwarded the email to Rebecca and my contract. I thought that was it, months pass I received a call again I explained again all the time I get a response of we will come back to you. I now stay in Durban it 2019 now I received a call from Lawyers now wanting payment of 500. I do not know what is it for, their website is not effective. there is no email or phone number you can call to place your complain you are just alone. you do not know who to talk with. when you go to the gym everyone is just so clueless there is no head office. it has been my worst experience with a gym. To think I paid for 25 month for a gym I used for 30% of the contract time as I moved and they still don't want to clear my name they don't want people to cancel I am not the only one. some of my friend went through the same thing, difference is they can go to the gym I cant. It is so unfair if you want to cancel you should be allowed
