What can I do? Who can i ask for help

I don't even have a membership card book nothing. But im 5000 in debt with zone fitness. I've never used your services ever. I admit I signed with the reps that approached me at spur but never did I receive any communication regarding ANYTHING!! only harra*****t from the debt collectors 4 years later. No emails, calls, nothing.
