Warning . Do not sign up to zone fitnes

I had signed up for a Black Friday sale and signed the contract . Getting home I had realized it was a bit too far for me and would be costing me more money than usual . I contacted one of the people that work there to cancel my contract (before 24hrs) the guy ha dorks me wait 5 days and then cancel . I wait the 5 days and get a call from zone fitness to find out about my contract , to which I cancel on call . She assured me it would be canceled. A few weeks later I get an sms saying that I would be denoted according to the contract I signed . I contacted zone fitness and apparently no one had canceled by contract as I had requested. They all apparently don’t work together and have no communication s****s . I am furious and very disappointed In them for throwing this back at me and telling me that they cannot help me . I’ve been trying to contact them for the past 5 days and no one seems to know anything about the call or the cancellation I’ve tried to make .
