Violation of customer rights

<p>My phone was ****** at Zone Fitness CapeTown ST georges mall on the 30th of may 2016 When I went to report it no one showed any interest and I then looked up for myself but I couldnot find it. I spoke to two of their receptionist and no one of them cared about my loss, I then insisted on seeing the manager he said to me there is nothing they can do but I believe that there is something they must do as I feel like I am not protected by Zone fitness. At the gym We are not well protected and I do not think the Constitution of SA agrees with that as it is some sort of rights violation of customers.</p>
