Very unprofessional and poor administration

My bf and i joined ZF in June/July 2013 and we signed a contract for 2 years in mitchels plain. A few months later we were in N1 City Mall and there were ZF guys promoting the black gym card which allows u to access all ZF gyms at a small extra cost. We gave him our details(no contract provided) he said we will continue on our old account. We've been gymming all the time. In December2014 i called my regular gym to find out when our contract expires, they said it expires in 2016 which was a suprise to me coz we signed a contract of 2 years 2***. They said its becoz we upgraded. And my issue is that no1 informed us of this! Then i called mitchells plain to find out (seeing that we opened our contract with them) and i spoke to a lady who really helped alot. She said our names are not on their system and i was shocked again! She said once our contract was upgraded our contract with Mitchells plain was canceled! Another suprise! No1 told us this! She said she would help by calling all the branches to find out where we are on the system. And the result > None of the braches has us on their system!!!! PLEASE TELL ME WHY WE ARE PAYING R400 P/M if we not on anyones system!!! Goodness!!
