Very bad management

<p>I've been attending Zone Fitness Milnerton specifically for the Zumba classes. For months now the sound system has been problematic so that the classes cannot take place. Not to mention the aircon that is malfunctioned and despite numerous complaints from various members remain unresolved. You fill in this little complaint card and choose an option to get a call back and NEVER happens. The manager is just never available or contactable. Staff in front never know what's going on.</p> <p> </p> <p>The gym was "upgraded"?! so that the studio for the classes are moved right to the back where air ventilation is even worse now and small and cramped. The stage for the instructor had been removed so that you must crane your neck to see what's going on in a cramped and stuffy room. The gym has been "upgraded" so that it now looks cramped - definitely a downgrade, sorry to say.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hardly go to Zone Milnerton because it's far from a pleasant experience anymore. The SOLE reason I renewed my contract was because Zumba was worth it for me which now is also a *****-up due to operations never ensuring sound, air ventilation etc and the manager just seem to be nowhere to be found and always dodging actually fixing the problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>If this continues I want to cancel my membership and I also be reimbursed for the classes we were forced to miss due to mismanagement.</p>
