Useless debt controlling

Theres a circus running in their debt controlling department led by Vithush Anoop.All they do is send sms's , makes me wonder as a customer if they get commission for sending sms's because you would get sms's even if you not arrears.I also pay my girlfriends account& my mistake was that I swiped for payments instead of cash, but even when I'd like to pay cash it's a problem because there's never change.My account has been accessed for debits that went through for old point of sale purchases.<br> My argument now is how can you just access a persons account without EXPLANATION & conveniently my account is debited when there is little or no funds..Is it not an integral practise to bank funds in an institution immediately or within a period of 48 hours? You bank funds 2 to 3 months after without any notice.When I said to the lady at frontline \ I don't know why I signed up further for 36 months &experience this ****""; because useless internal system says the account is in arrears; Is there anyone having a integrity at Zone Fitness?!Its so simple;COMMUNICATE!!"""
