Useless
I have taken out a contract with zone fitness, and then a few month down the line another contract for my wife... my contract ended last year December 2014 and up until now they were still deducting, when one of the zone fitness agents asked me to open a contract they didn't tell me that when my contact ends I must phone in or they will keep on deducting, I have cancelled my contract now and I asked them to cancel my wifes as well, I was then told my wife has still 8 months left on the contract, well even if the don't cancelled I will stop the debit order and rather take it further, those 8 months can be my compensation as they will deducting a whole year foe a contracted that ended....the least they could have done was told me that my contract would be ending soon and that I should cancel it ...poor service ....all I wana say is forget about the 8 months left on my wifes contract and you wont be getting nothing from me.....

As per our telephone conversation, your membership had not passed it's initial period yet, as it was a 24 month membership you had taken in 2013, there is one installment left and the cancellation has been loaded for the end of your membership. I have logged your request for an inter-person transfer for your wife's membership, and someone from the club should be in contact with you as soon as possible to assist.
