Urgent Complaint Regarding Staff Member (Keagan @ Zone Fitness Watergate) Conduct Over the Phone‼️

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the recent interaction I had with one of your staff members over the phone. During our conversation, the staff member in question (Keagan from Zone Fitness Watergate) was extremely rude and disrespectful, even going so far as to admonish me for speaking over him.

This behavior is completely unacceptable and has further exacerbated my dissatisfaction with the service provided by your gym. As a paying member, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect at all times, regardless of the circumstances.

I urge you to address this matter immediately and take appropriate disciplinary action against the staff member involved. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on your establishment but also damages the relationship between your gym and its members.

Please be advised that unless this issue is resolved satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to higher authorities and seek alternative fitness facilities.

Ps. The audacious staff member had the nerve to hold my personal card hostage!!!!
