Unprofessional Staff & Ongoing Billing **** at Zone Fitness Campus Square

I have had an extremely frustrating and unresolved experience with Zone Fitness Campus Square.

I initially paid for both my own and a friend’s membership, but I requested multiple times—both in person and telephonically—that his debit order be removed from my account. I was assured that this was done, only to find that I am STILL being debited, and worse, his account has now gone into arrears, affecting my standing!

Despite repeated visits to the branch, I have received no assistance. Staff at the Campus Square branch are unhelpful, dismissive, and have turned me away, saying they can’t help me—even though I was told to come in person for the issue to be resolved. It’s a complete runaround.

Now my account is being penalized due to their failure to cancel the debit, even after numerous attempts to sort this out. I refuse to keep paying until this is fixed.

Zone Fitness needs to take responsibility and show some professionalism. If this isn’t resolved urgently, I will be lodging a complaint with the Consumer Protection Office.

Avoid this gym at all costs if you value your money and time.
