I told him his response is unprofessional.<br> Long story short after obtaining the contact information of the Director and Branch Manager I received the following from Lester Timm : Allow me to quote the following: My reason for joining your company to begin with, is because of the good recommendation given by friends / family and colleagues of mine. Your service and professionalism and willingness to help each individual client was told to me is amazing, something they have not experienced elsewhere.This is the way it is, in fact, we are great and helpful and professional. The problem in this case is not us, its you and your bad, self righteous attitude. If you, as in this case, are asking someone to do you a favour, you dont place demands, and bombard them with your pompous attitude... We are professionals as well, with processes, policies and procedures, but still trying to accommodate you in your endeavour and save you money, but you are not helping Your cause at all...
