Unprofessional conduct by employees at zone Fitness pta CBD

Unhappy with the zone Fitness in Pretoria CBD midestad mall. 10+ locks were cut open to access lockers because of a theft that took place in the changing room by employees. An announcement was made but because most people have headphones on, it's almost impossible to hear anything. They refuse to reimburse the locks including mine. It's very unprofessional to destroy other properties, for the sake of recovering another. This took place on 2025-12-16 in the morning. I'd like my lock to be replaced.
