unpaid debit order due to early submissions
My name is Vernetha Smit a zone member of bellville branch. On 28th i emailed my bank account details and confirmed with a lady called tracey working at the follwing contact number ***.<br> She confirmed that she received email and will send it off to the accounts department. On 3/01/2016 i was at the gym and the guy at the help desk said rhat my debit order is scheduled to go off on 4/01/16. Its the 5/01/16 and still no devit has been made from my account. I spoke to a Lucan this morning and he informed me that several debit orders has been made and all came back unpaid. There are funds still in my account for zone to deduct. My partner Logan Africa also experienced the same problem and they informed him debit orders were sxheduled to go off 22 and 24 december because most people gets paid or have been paid. I work for the police and i get paid on the last day of the month. My contract states to deduct on the last day unless such a day is a holiday the day before. Therd are no other given dates and therefore i will take this further i will NOT pay extra late fees because of zone fitness neglegence! What is the reason then for contracts? To protect both zone and its customers!!
Firstly I would like to apologize for the unpleasant experience you have had in dealing with one of our clubs, and would like to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and allowing us the opportunity to investigate.
As mentioned to your partner as well, I have logged your complaint to the Membership Accounts Controller of the Club, as well as the National Debtor Manager, who should be in contact as soon as possible to assist.
Kind Regards
Stephen
