Unnecessarily strict on presenting the membership card

I get that this is a "budget" gym, but point blank refusing to allow you to enter without your card (I forgot my card) is ridiculous. This is 2022, you have computer systems, I know my ID number, what are you achieving by doing this other than irritating people? Really pathetic. Take a photo if you think i'm trying to sneak in using someone else's account. Mark down against my profile that I've come in without my card once and if I do it twice in a row you are welcome to warn me but just one time I forgot the card in my rush to get to the gym before work?
