Unknown terms and conditions
<p>This is rather sad as I feel they have a great value behind their offers, but when me and my better half signed up for what we where told was a 12 month contract, we where shocked to see on our membership forms that the duration had been signed up for 24 months after we had signed the paper work.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now sitting 4 months into the agreement they are saying that to cancel we would have to settle up 60% of the monthly fees up front... I urge all applicants to ensure they keep an eye on Zone Fitness when signing up as they are underhanded and *****ed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope this article gets to the attention of the media or head of Zone fitness cause I can tell you now that Im not done here and will be taking the matter up with the onbudsman to get this ******** amendment delt with!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Highly unsatisfied customer</p>

Unfortunately I have to cancel due to relocation out of Africa and thats when the matter really became an issue, as I dont see why I should pay almost R6000.00 to cancel a contract that would have cost me roughly R2000 to cancel... there is a massive difference and again this is just the tip of the iceberg in the sense that if I didnt query the fact I would never have known...
I appreciate your speedy response and I hope that the terms of my agreement with Zone fitness can be amended so that while I am still here in Africa I can still use the great facility!!
