Unhygenic gym and calls years later for arrears

Years ago i signed up for a contract at the wynberg branch, i attended gym a few times but each time i had a terrible experience. The gym was always full so machines were rarely available, operating hours did not allow for gyming at more appropriate times. This was a minor issue, my main concerns were the hygiene factor at this branch. As soon as you walked in the sweat smell was nauseating, the change rooms smelt of mold, the showers were blocked and was just disgusting. I brought this to the attention of the manager on numerous occasions. I explained that i cannot be expected to attend gym in such unhygienic circumstances. I was called by the collections department and explained the situation and it was said debt would be cleared. Today i was again called about this. I am infuriated by a matter that was handled over two years ago and then to receive a call today by someone who has no knowledge of the matter. If the gym was in a better condition i would have been happy to continue with my contract, but that was disgusting.
