Unhappy Customer of Zone Fitness - Cape Quarter

It has been over 3 weeks that the sauna in the mens change room has not been working. And whenever I enquire, I get the same answer from the staff that there is no eta for the repairs, and that there is a problem getting the wood for the repairs. I find this totally unacceptable considering I'm paying my fees every month but cannot enjoy the full benefit of my membership. Please can this matter be escalated with immediate effect, for urgent resolution.
