good day<br> <br> i was approached to join the zone fitness gym by one of their sales consultant named Patrice, i gave him my contact number, he kept on calling me to join million times until i decided to go to the gym to join. I completed their forms. he said i need to pay R 100.00 for access card so that i will be able to use their facilities. we made an appointment for that Saturday., i went there as agreed and their receptionist told me Patrice is not in and no one could assist with that access tag.<br> <br> now im receiving lots of sms informing me my account is in arrears i didn't even use that facilities, i don't even have any access to the gym.<br> <br> i e-mailed one of the accounts/debtor clerk by the name of Tsholano Baloyi regarding that and gave him/her the whole scenario in his/her response he/she requested my contact numbers.<br> <br> when they want you to join they call you up to million times a day but when you completed the form they don't have a decency of calling you to inform you of the accounts or even any orientation to the gym.<br> <br> im not happy at all. their gym is still new in the fitness market they must not ruin its reputation with unnecessary minor issues and irregularities.
