Unbelievable

Unbelievable !!!!! I went to gym last night and they wouldn't let me in cause i didn't have my card.. i tried giving them my id number and they just ignored me and helped other customers.. I have been a member at zone fitness for almost 4 years, i have had a lot of complains about the management and staff attitude at the specific branch (Brackenfell).. This is THE MOST RIDICULES thing i have ever heard in my life.. <br> <br> no one will be allowed to enter if you forgot your card at home or lost it, never mind if you pay to be there each month.<br> <br> i hope that someone can come back to me cause this will lead to more and more complains and loss of customers.<br> <br> as a matter of fact, nowhere in my contract it states that i will not be allowed if i dont have my membership card on me.<br> <br>
