Unauthorized withdrawals !

Good day ,

My contract / super club was signed up in Cape Town ( Green point ) on the 30/07/2018 for on year . I never received any copy of my contract , it was left at the reception . I was supposed to receive the copy but apparently they didn’t found it ! I asked them to send it to me via email / I never got it ! The contract has been expire the 30/07/2019 . BUT , I checked all my bank statements and , ZONE FITNESS ,still today , is *******ly withdraw 201 rand from my account while my contract expires at the end of June 2019.

I m asking you please , I to stop withdrawing from my account and to reimburse me in full for the 6 months that were *******ly withdrawn from my Standard Bank account.
