Unauthorized debit orders

I used to be a member of this gym a few years back and cancelled due to the fact that I would always be incorrectly debited.

I then recently decided to give it another shot and signed up once again only to find that Zone Fitness somehow obtained unauthorized access to one of my bank accounts, an account other than that which was provided to them on the day of sign up.

This is serious ********** activity and when I called to get the matter resolved, I was provided with an email address instead of a consultant making any effort to attempt to correct the matter
