Unauthorized debit

I took a membership for my daughter in this year with Luciano in Parow centre, which was a R275 promotion. For months its been going well until now when a R99 fee for maintaining the gymn was deducted from my account, which I don't understand what I'm paying the R275 for if I still had to maintain the gymn and unauthorized debits on my account. I reversed the charge and my daughter was told she can't use the gymn until she now pays R129 not R99 anymore. Please make me understand bcos I don't have extra money for Zone fitness to just to dip in my account, the gymn fee should be set to cover for everything.. They don't even an email in the company name.
