Unauthorised Debits

In December 2013 i took out a 24 month contract with ZONEFITNESS Lenasia club, the last debit was supposed to be on the 31 December 2015 however they are still debit and its 3 debit a month and the amount changed from R130.00 to R160.00 I keep going to the club, I keep calling and nobody can assist almost 3 months later really ? ? what kind of service it this ?? this is my money my account with consistent debit orders affect my credit status I need ,no I want this sorted out I don't want anything to do with ZONEFITNESS , staff members are rude and management very unprofessional all the staff do is take my number and tell me they 'll call which never happens .Manage who is LEE-ROY is never available to assist his very unprofessional rude staff members who are quick to harass you at the mall to take up a contract now they can't or refuse to cancel .
