Unauthorised Debit order

<p>I have had a contract with zonefitness for 3 years my contract ended in July 2016, and it went to month to month so I cancelled it beginning of September which was before the 20th as per rule to get it cancelled prior the 20 th of the month for it be cancelled. Today R200 deducted from my account and I am very much ****ed excuse my language , but there is no better way of saying it. The cancellation was done in the Mitchell's Plain branch and they even confirmed to me that all will be in order I want my money reversed now and my bank charges recovered. I have been a loyal client for full three years this kind of incomptency and bad service stinks.</p>
