Unacceptable Behavior

Totally disgusted in Zone fitness with regards to a declined debit which is notw costing me a fortune.I acknowledge the decline however does it give them the right to go into your bank account on a weekly basis and run up a declined debit order charge of R110 weekly after you have explained your situation of been unemployed.They just don't care and apparently they don't have control over the debit orders.Please let your consultants explain to customers that this will be the outcome of a declined debit as opposed to R225 I'm close to paying R800 and what about the current months installment.The staff just have a don't care attitude like it's not there problem.
