*****ulent account

I am very frustrated where I am and Angry. You people are ****mers. You have ****med my child and now you are claiming she owes you tons of thousands yet she has never even used your gym. When you took her details you said that you were making a quote.. one month after you took the 1st payment and the following month she came to cancel and you claimed to have cancelled it. now the account is handed to lawyers. you are taking advantage of school kids. I have accepted that you *****ulently openned an account for my child and asked her to come to your branch to cancel. What I know is that after cancellation there is a fee needed to pay , we did not have a problem with that. you handed over the account to you collections and yet your money was increasing, where do you expect a child to get the 10k . you are taking advantage and because we are black you dont want to see progress in our lives, instead you keep on oppressing us. I am taking this to the ombudsman if we dont get any answers.
