Membership expired in June 2020 and sent email to request that they cancel upon expiry. Confirmed cancellation but now they are debiting us saying the membership has to be cancelled at the gym, and cant cancel by email. What kind of ****** **** is this?Why was this not communicated when we made 1st contact? ********* practices followed by unauthorised debit orders? Shameless service provider...People do not sign up for any membership with these bunch of amatuers. You should see their facilities, very horrible, you even run out of a mere tissue for God sake. They do not know how to conduct business nor render a service, instead *****ing is their speciality.
