TWO Broken Legs & NO Sympathy

I joined Zone Fitness in January '15, after being pestered & pressured into signing a contract by one of your sales reps. In April '15 I was involved in an accident, which saw me in hospital with two broken legs. Till November '15, after a major operation & by doctors orders, I was unable to move independently for 6 months. I tried repeatedly to terminate or at least stop payments on my contract during this time. When I was finally able to use crutches, I went to the branch in person to once again attempt explaining my situation & hold payments for the months I was unable to walk, unable to work, stripped of independence, let alone go to the gym. After being taken from pillar to post, I am still without any answers or sympathy. Although since Jan '15 I have not once used the facilities at Zone Fitness, I am fully aware that I signed a contract & am prepared to pay for the months I was not injured. However, as a place of physical health, I expected more understanding for the severity of breaking both legs at once & the impact it has had on my life, physically & financially. I am pleading from a place of desperation
